Welcome to my page, a little about me, I am a Diploma qualified remedial massage therapist and absolutely love what I do, I enjoy practicing all facets of Remedial massage including Relaxation, Therapeutic, Essential oil massage, deep tissue work, Trigger Point, myofascial release, and Sports Massage. I’m very passionate about helping clients maintain healthy muscles, alleviate aches and pains, ma
nage stress, and assist with injury recovery. Seeing positive results and receiving feedback from my regular clients gives me an enormous sense of satisfaction knowing I have helped improve their health and well-being. Outside of massage, I am a married mother of two and as such, understand the juggle of family, work and life balance.
