Are you reliable, caring, and happy to help maintain a clean and tidy living space and support clients to attend appointments?
Have you got experience supporting people with high care needs like hoisting and personal care
**Big Smile Services** is currently seeking reliable, experienced and compassionate **Support Workers** to assist our clients in **Toowoomba** with their daily living activities.
**Key responsibilities include:**
* Hoisting and personal care
* Supporting community access
* Helping maintain a clean and tidy living environment
* Assisting clients to attend appointments
* Providing respectful and person-centred

Ensure to have or willing to obtain:
*Working with children check (Blue card)
*Worker’s screening check (Yellow card)
*First Aid /CPR
*NDIS orientation module
*Current police check
*Drivers license and rego
*Certificate III or equivalent
