Hi, I’m Mandee 🤍

Mumma to 3 beautiful girls aged 6, 4 & 1, qualified Personal Trainer for 10 years, qualified Nutritionist for 3 years and a Women’s Health Specialist since 2024 ✨

Like many women, I know how hard it can feel trying to juggle motherhood, work, health, fitness and life all at once. That’s exactly why I’m passionate about helping women create realistic, sustainable habits that fit into their lifestyle — not take over it.

One year postpartum and finally feeling like me again 👶✨

Training was never the hard part for me — I genuinely love moving my body and pushing myself in the gym. But staying consistent with nutrition? That’s where I always struggled.

The biggest change came from finding an approach that actually fit my lifestyle and felt sustainable long term. No extremes, no “starting over every Monday” — just consistency, balance, and building habits I could stick to.
