Do you need help with Continence Support and Assessments?

We have an experienced continence nurse, Monique, who is available for appointments.

Monique will conduct thorough assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's continence issues. She will take into account their medical history, lifestyle factors, and any underlying conditions that may contribute to the problem.

Based on these assessments, Monique will develop personalized care plans that are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. These plans will include a range of strategies and interventions to effectively address continence concerns.

Monique is also able to assist with companion cards and carers allowance allowance/payment applications:
