Our D&D groups will be starting again on the 1st and 2nd of July, and we have limited spots available!

Join us from Tuesday 7th July through to 11th August, from 10:00am – 2:00pm, as we explore the world of stop-motion animation, storytelling, and LEGO creativity.

Centred Care Support Services is looking for a dedicated and motivated Support Worker to join our growing team.

Experience is recommended but not essential — what matters most to us is your willingness to give things a go, learn, and genuinely care about supporting others to live their best lives.

About the Role
You will be supporting NDIS participants to build independence, confidence, and meaningful connections within their community. Supports may include:
Community access and social participation
Assistance with self-care and daily living tasks
Household tasks and cleaning
Meal preparation
Supporting social and emotional development
Encouraging choice, control, and goal achievement

What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking people who align with the NDIS values and principles, including:
A person-centred approach – respecting each participant’s choices, goals, and individuality
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
A positive, reliable, and flexible attitude
Ability to support participants with dignity, respect, and professionalism
Willingness to learn and adapt to different support needs
Understanding (or willingness to learn) about NDIS expectations, boundaries, and duty of care
