We are excited to share that we have SIL vacancies available within the upcoming unit complex located in South Toowoomba just off Ruthven Street.

This beautiful complex is built at SDA Standard and contains 4 x 1:2 units containing the latest SDA technology! In addition to the individualised units, they also come with 2 common areas (upstairs/downstairs) that is built for the opportunity to set up as a common area and even better, there is a Hydrotherapy spa located downstairs that can be shared.

1 x unit will be co-sharing with our lovely lady who is in her 60's and has a keen interest in subjects such as:

💎Board games such as Mahjong
💎Spiritual items and garden ornaments

We have a vacancy coming up within one of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) properties in Wilsonton Heights. This 4 bedroom home, located close to the brand-new Toowoomba Hospital, walking distance to the SPAR Wilsonton Heights shopping precinct and will be sharing with 2 lovely elderly gentleman 60+. To suit these gents, they are looking for someone that enjoys a chat however also is respectful and enjoys their own time alone.

This is a 1:3 ratio SIL Funding home with Bunya Care providing staff around the clock to ensure that you that feel well supported and assist in achieving your goals. We also welcome external Community Access supports to ensure continuity and collaboration of care.

We are on the search for our next Rostering & Admin superstar to join our Toowoomba team. This role is an integral part of our Service Delivery team working alongside our Service Managers and Operations Manager to ensure Rostering across our 45 clients.

Details of the role include:
TITLE: ADMIN & ROSTERING OFFICER
HOURS: PERMANENT FULL TIME 8:30 – 4:30pm
PAY RATE: Level 2.4 SCHADS $37.73
PROBATION: 6 Months
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Ensuring that all rosters are input into Brevity 6 weeks in advance
- Following base roster template designed by Service Managers
- Working with Staff to ensure Rosters are filled
- Creation of monthly compliance books for SIL Homes
- Delivery of books and collection of previous months
- Scanning and Electronic filling of compliance documentation
- Ability to assist with Support Work shifts if business cannot fill them
- Assisting with Intake of new participants
- Providing Admin support to SDM’s and Operations Manager for any additional tasks required
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Ideally Have:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in leading and managing rosters.
- In-depth understanding of the NDIS framework and the NDIS Act.
- In-depth understanding of the SCHADS Award and ensuring efficient and effective rostering.
- Experience in management, including team leadership and operational oversight.
- High-level skills in employee engagement, including working alongside a young and enthusiastic management team.
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and digital—with strong attention to detail.
- The ability to lead change and introduce, implement, and monitor continuous quality improvement.

We currently have 1 room vacant for SIL Services in a HPS Property here in Toowoomba and looking for a mature aged female to co-tenant with our lovely lady.

Our Participant is a mature aged female in her late 60s and is a social butterfly, attending the community 3-4 days a week in her powered wheelchair. When at home, she enjoys activities such as:

💎Board Games such as mahjong
💎Cooking
💎Spending time with her two pet birds in there enclosure

This vacancy is in collaboration with Disability Housing Solutions as the SDA Provider and Bunya Care provides SIL Supports within the home.
