Everything I do happens simultaneously and is done with Medical Medium protocols in mind, however for all to be super effective the key is to customise these protocols. Reading the material is one thing, implementing and customising is another. Healing all root causes involves a series of lifestyle steps. These steps are more basic than any diet or program you’ve ever followed. My childhood, through to teenage years and beyond, brought me here. I was born a bottomless pit….questioned nothing, suffered everything, ate all supposedly good things (mostly homemade, living a farm life). I lightly drank my way through my teens for 10 years all the while developing more and more chronic conditions. I lived the daily grind very unwell and hung on to all things toxic! Till one day, I was beyond tox-sick so enough was enough. I set about making change, making all kinds of endeavours to heal my body. Several years on (28 years on in fact) and the passion to help those who are bouncing between practitioners and tests runs deep in my veins. I want you to know that you can stop
bouncing, here and now. The buck stops here. My enthusiasm to support you is always here. I aim in consultation to shift the paradigm of your thinking and allow space for what YOU are creating and desiring to extend into. We hold the simple philosophy that it should be kept ‘real’ plant based living without any vegan labels. We are not a label and we don’t need to eat one either. We can ditch the indigestible-liver-unfriendly matter by ditching the processing. When we serve our being with glucose and mineral salts we create and ultimately experience what is liberating…health and vitality. My experiences have definitely shaped me and my commitment to wellness. Over time I have developed a sincere appreciation for my incredibly tox-sick liver that has taught me health and healing. Your body knows homeostasis. I’m here to help you understand why you are not achieving it. And it comes with a difference but one that will make sense, I promise. Only the naysayers (who are also tox-sick) are fuelling this energy even more. It is my intention to provide a service with knowledge unlike any other. Years of detoxing has brought me to understand this feeling that has long had me waking and tossing all hours of the night regularly.

Adrenaline surges are a stress response to everything stress related, albeit viral activity, blood sugar drops occurring in the night, and a nervous system beyond depleted and exhausted, at its max under pressure, especially if you’re going through immense stress like I have been under for the last 10 years.

If you pay attention to your body, you’ll know that adrenalised state. It’s an ill and nauseated feeling. And perhaps the heart rate is up and breathing is off.

There’s other stress contributors like a fully loaded liver, toxic metals, hormonal disruption, viral and neurological levels that all make themselves known when the body is trying to rest — to which no sleep study will detect or are even considered.

In the past I have had a couple of people tell me (push me) to do a sleep study - All while living this healing lifestyle. Fairdinkum mate, who you kidding. I’m healing just give me sweet time.

It’s exhausting. But there’s answers. And it’s not the fact that you’re a light sleeper or getting old or need an addictive substance to wind down.

Your body is malfunctioning for actual reasons beyond excuses.

It can be addressed.

It also helps to take coconut water to bed, even banana in the night if you have too, a tspn of honey, a hit of quality ashwagandha with 10:1 ratio and zero alcohol, All helpful sleep remedies to support adrenals.

Also, super hot showers will not help. Anything extreme basically.

I’m healing. Let me tell you, behind the messy and hard, healing is happening.

Menopause is NOT going to take me down. I am not going to be drowning in more varied symptoms. For all the women that say it gets worse — no it doesn’t. I shake my head at them knowing I’m different. And I say, to hell it does. Couldn’t get any worse than my first 40 years of life!

Guessing games/expensive testings with oversimplified suggestions.

Suddenly you’re obsessed with protein because it must be the answer to everything since your tests or thoughts tell you that you have an “allergy” to everything else.

It’s not uncommon these days to see women online being extremely dramatic about their lives and blaming their entire livelihood on menopause despite their age.

I fully understand the challenges of health issues and know all too well what HELL feels like. But there’s a difference between understanding the damage is in the adrenals and the liver, and addressing this specifically, as opposed to losing yourself in the trendy traps and listening to mopheads talk crap that’s keeping you on the path to feeling like a psychopath on pills and proteins.

If you want to be different (not be the one suffering with the rest of them spinning their wheels) then you have to live a very intentional life.

We need alfalfa (and other sprouts) for many reasons Alfalfa in particular is your hormone supporter through whatever phase you’re in.

I read my body that well — that I knew through my cycles and by the next cycle that I had to bring alfalfa back into my spinach smoothies.

I was experiencing unusual return of symptoms that lasted weeks like tender breasts, mild night sweats, temp fluctuations and so forth. Just anything hormone related that makes you feel like s**t.

It’s not an easy battle. But it’s a critical one. The list of adrenal symptoms are robbing your life. You just don’t know how much you’ve neglected your adrenals until it’s too late.

We are not supposed to fill up and then run til empty and repeat. That’s ludicrous. The world has pushed us to feel that taking care of ourselves is difficult and there’s no time to.

Eat or drink adrenal food combinations by grazing to support adrenal strength. The backbone to our health.
Crackers and cheese are not adrenal foods. Chia seeds and nut milks are fats and do NOT belong in your smoothie if you need and want to heal from chronic conditions. Salt and butter is not adrenal foods. No other food supports adrenals but pure mineral salts and fresh fruit.
