💜🌈🦄 It’s Julie here, I wanted to let Dash’s friends know that today we laid Dash to rest. Small but mighty, what an enormous personality he had, touching so many lives in every role he took on. We purchased Dashy in 2015 and he was loved so much.
As a companion to our Racehorses he was worth his weight in gold, he thought all of the fuss was about him - and very often it was. He was a nanny to our foals and very much ruled the roost 😈
Dash was not shy in front of the camera and appeared at the launch of TTC Weetwood with Peter Tighe then during Covid at the Southern Hotel for Melbourne cup with Sarah Gilbert.
Dashys career went in a new direction when he joined me at the Hub Farm, breaking down barriers and building confidence in our wonderful NDIS participants. He truly excelled.
This year he helped two wonderful Humans tick some goals off their bucket lists when Veyda & Keren Successfully exhibited him at the Pittsworth Show .
I can’t express the love and gratitude that Izzy , Emmie & I have for this pony.
Fly high most beautiful Boy, rest in eternal peace in the big horse paddock in the sky, - although you probably won’t, I’m sure you will be stirring “Fatty” up there. May there be an endless supply of carrots, lollies and acres of room for you to run free. 🙏🏼🦄🌈💜🤍🕊️

A unique 10-week carriage driving and horsemanship program for young people aged 12–17, designed to build confidence, resilience and real-life skills through horses and animal-assisted learning.

Participants will develop:

⭐ Confidence & independence
💪 Coordination & practical rural skills

Attention Donkey and Equestrians With Disabilities competitors!!
Ring 7 will start at 9am for Donkey classes in the Main Ring and then the Equestrians With Disabilities classes will start at 11am.

Kids who struggle to open up in traditional settings will often find their voice standing next to a horse. There's no performance required, no right or wrong answer — just a gentle, present animal who accepts them exactly as they are.

I work with children and young people navigating:

🐎 Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
🐎 Low confidence or self-esteem
🐎 Communication and social skills
🐎 Grief, big life changes, or difficult family situations

Sessions are always safe, supervised, and completely at the child's pace. Parents are welcome to observe.
