Today's myth tackles the old tale that eating lots of carrots will help you see better!

Naomi is here to bust this common misconception. While carrots are a great source of vitamin A, which plays an important role in maintaining healthy vision, eating extra carrots won't improve your eyesight or give you "super vision." Once your body has the vitamin A it needs, any additional amount won't enhance your vision.

The best way to support your eye health is by eating a balanced diet with a variety of fruits and vegetables, having regular eye exams, and protecting your eyes from UV rays.
