β€οΈ Beta
The Thinking Mindβ¨Beta is our everyday waking state. This is where we focus, plan, learn, solve problems, and get things done. While Beta is essential for daily life, too much time here can lead to overthinking, stress, worry, and mental fatigue.
π Alpha
The Relaxed Mindβ¨Alpha is the bridge between the conscious and subconscious mind. It is a state of calm awareness, relaxation, creativity, intuition, and presence. We enter Alpha during meditation, sound healing, nature walks, or simply when we slow down and become fully present π§π½ββοΈ
π€ Theta
The Healing Mindβ¨Theta is a deeper state of relaxation and meditation. This is where dreams, visualisation, intuition, emotional healing, and spiritual connection often occur. Theta allows us to access the subconscious mind and can bring profound insights, intuition,inner wisdom, and deep peace.
β¨ Put simply:
β€οΈ Beta = βI am thinking.ββ¨π Alpha = βI am relaxing.ββ¨π€ Theta = βI am receiving and connecting.β
During meditation and sound healing, many people begin in Beta, gently move into Alpha, and drift into Theta π§π½ββοΈAs the mind quietens and the body relaxes, we create space for healing, creativity, intuition, and connection to our heart and collective β₯οΈ
