Retreat Yourself was born out of the vision of inspiring you to take time out of your busy schedule to nourish your body, and to prioritise looking after yourself and your health. We send you seasonal love-filled packages, so you can feel like you’ve just been at a retreat without having to leave the comfort and convenience of your own home. So that you can stop wishing your days away waiting for

the weekend, for the next holiday, for happiness. We often forget how important we are. We’re the nurturers, the carers, the givers. But how can we do these things when we’re not nurturing, caring or giving to ourselves? We get so caught up in the craziness of daily life that we often put our health and well-being last. These days, being ‘busy’ is the norm. We’re so rushed off our feet that we forget to stop and smell the roses. We forget that when we make self-care a priority, everything and everyone else in our lives benefit too. We’re nicer to our friends and family, we’re more patient and more loving. Our quality of work is much better and our health and energy soars. When we make looking after ourselves a priority, we relish in our daily lives that much more. Self-care isn’t a luxury or selfish, it’s a necessity. It’s something you need to practice every single day. One of the brands featured in our recent ‘Relax & Unwind’ Retreat Box was Evolu Skincare, and honestly, the more we learned about them, the more we understood their cult following.
