Most of you know my story, and have being following my road to good health through a whole holistic, inborn approach to my well-being inside and out. Here’s a snapshot… It’s nearly been 2 yrs, 2 yrs of Chronic pain, illnesses, fatigue and Insomnia (Crohns 12yrs diagnosed 20+yrs in FIGHT mode). And again weight gain, as I have not exercised like I used too in over 2yrs and not to mention the steroi
ds Western medicine wants me on. With all of this going on my mindset was quite low as you could imagine. Now with seeking holistic help and tools I am learning along the way I am getting better and better each week! (in a really short amount of time to mind you)
I believe there are 3 key tools and factors in living a well, energetic, clear life... This is not just advise for people who aren't well, imagine the FULL potential you could be if you followed a couple of easy steps to give your body the fuel it needs to work innately. So please if there is any other fellow people out there needing advice/help on different things that are helping me, then please make contact with me, I WANT to Mentor you... I do not want anyone out there to suffer if they do not have too. I have some tools, and our brains are truly amazing things we do not tap into enough, our body heals itself! Also I hear i am a good listener ;-)
