There’s something really special about creating a space where women can simply come as they are,feeling welcomed, included, heard and seen

A big thank you to Yin,our amazing facilitator, for the beautiful energy she brings to each circle, and to Bec, our wonderful helper, for being part of the magic behind the scenes

She Awakens has been gathering women since November, every last Sunday of the month

✨ One year of Wellness Space ✨

Yesterday, Wellness Space turned ONE

So I went out for dinner with some of the beautiful people who have been part of this journey,participants, helpers and facilitators,and we celebrated together

As we sat around the table, we talked about Wellness Space, how it started, how it has grown, and all the people we’ve met along the way

And I found myself feeling incredibly grateful

Most of these people came into my life through Wellness Space

Some started as participants, and became helpers,some as facilitators,and somehow, along the way, they became people I’m genuinely grateful to have in my life

There was only one person at the table yesterday who I already knew before Wellness Space and she was actually there at the very first session, one year ago ✨

I’ve had moments along the way when I’ve questioned things, felt tired, or wondered where Wellness Space was going

But whenever that happens, I think about how I feel when I’m at one of our events

The people I meet
The connections that happen
The feeling in the room
The beautiful practices we share
And the passion I have for creating spaces where people can simply come together, connect and feel good

So thank you

To everyone who has attended an event
To everyone who has followed, shared or supported Wellness Space
To the helpers who have given their time
To the facilitators who have shared their knowledge, energy and practices
And to every person who has helped make Wellness Space what it is today

One year☀️

And I’m so curious to see where this journey takes us next
