Good morning lovelies ☀️

A little Etsy update from me… because I’ve been a bit quiet on here lately, and for good reason.

Behind the scenes, I’ve been deep in creation mode… building something completely new. A modality that feels like the next evolution of my work, and I can honestly say I am so excited for what’s about to come through. Launch is coming soon and it’s been taking a lot of my focus… in the best way.

While I’ve been a little MIA on socials, FindyourRay on Etsy has continued to grow in the most beautiful way.

We’ve now reached over 2,000 sales, with a 4.9⭐ rating from 400+ reviews, and around 100 active listings after 4 years on Etsy.

And when I really sit with that… it’s not just 'numbers'.
It’s thousands of moments of connection, healing, trust, and transformation.

Every order, every message, every review… it all matters.
This space has never just been about offerings. It’s about creating something people can come to when they need support, clarity, or a place to land.

So thank you… truly… for being part of this journey with me 🤍

And just quietly… a little nudge if you’ve been feeling called to anything in the shop 👀

My 35% off Etsy sale ends today, and I’ve also just added some discounted bundle options to support you even deeper in your healing journey.

It feels like a bit of a closing chapter before everything expands again.

Big things are coming… and I can’t wait to share them with you

December is National Giving Month, a time to celebrate compassion, generosity, and the simple acts of kindness that strengthen our communities. Dr. Maya Angelou believed deeply in the power of giving — not only materially, but also with love, time, attention, and care.

In her poem “Continue,” she reminds us: “Continue to be who and how you are, To astonish a mean world, With your acts of kindness”

Her words call us to recognize that giving is not limited to grand gestures. It lives in how we show up for others, how we speak life into one another, and how we carry hope into the spaces that need it most.

This month, we honor every person who gives — formally or quietly, publicly or behind the scenes. Your generosity uplifts, restores, and reminds us that we are more alike than unalike.

May we continue to give with open hearts and open hands, just as Dr. Angelou taught.

◆ Bound by words ◆

Oaths and vows are often spoken of as ancient things.
Old temples. Old rituals. Old lifetimes.

“You have my word.”

We say it casually now, almost lovingly, as if it carries no weight anymore.
As if words are harmless.
As if intention doesn’t bind.

But are oaths and vows really of the past?

I don’t believe they are.

In modern life, they’ve simply changed shape.

What has changed is the speed of communication.

News travels instantly now.
Screenshots. Voice notes. Group chats. Social media.
Information moves faster than our nervous systems can regulate.

And because words can spread so quickly, control over words has become currency.

This is where manipulation enters.

They hide inside phrases like
“Don’t tell anyone.”
“Promise me.”
“This stays between us.”
“If you really cared, you wouldn’t share this.”

What looks like trust can quietly become a bind.

What sounds like intimacy can turn into obligation.

And what is framed as loyalty can slowly become a way to manage risk, reputation, or accountability in a hyper connected world.

Words are not neutral.
They carry charge, frequency, expectation, and agreement.

When someone asks you to hold something in silence, it matters why.

Is it about safety and respect in a world where things spread fast?
Or is it about control, power, or fear of exposure?

There is a very real energetic difference between conscious confidentiality and coerced silence.

One is chosen freely.
The other is imposed subtly, often emotionally.

And here’s the part we don’t talk about enough…

When you agree with your words, your body listens.
Your nervous system listens.
Your field listens.

You may feel heavy, tight, anxious, or responsible for something that was never meant to be yours to carry.

This is how modern oaths operate.
Not through ceremony, but through suggestion.
Not through ritual, but through emotional pressure layered over fast moving communication.

As a healer, I see this constantly.
People bound by words they spoke to keep the peace.
To avoid conflict.
To be liked.
To be chosen.
Or to stop something from spreading too quickly.

But truth wants movement.
Energy wants honesty.
And your soul wants sovereignty, not silence born from fear.

You are allowed to revisit your words.
You are allowed to release agreements that no longer feel clean.
You are allowed to say, “That no longer feels aligned for me.”

Your word is sacred.
And so is your right to choose it consciously.

If this landed, let it land gently. ♡
And maybe take a moment to ask yourself…

What words am I still living by, without realising?

Today's thoughts.
With love,

Ray xo
