Music has a way of lifting our spirits, reducing stress, creating connection, and bringing back beautiful memories. Dancing gets our bodies moving, improves balance and coordination, boosts confidence, and releases those feel-good endorphins that can brighten our day.

No matter your age or ability, sometimes all it takes is your favourite song and a little movement to bring joy, smiles, and energy into the day. ❤️

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible mums, grandmothers, step mums, foster mums, mums-to-be and mother figures 💐

Today we celebrate the unconditional love, strength, sacrifice and care you give every single day. Thank you for the endless support, the warm hugs, the late nights, the guidance and the love that never goes unnoticed.

For those who find today difficult, we are also thinking of you — those missing their mums, grieving, struggling with fertility, or carrying silent heartache. May today bring you comfort, love and kindness.

We are currently seeking mature aged Support Workers to join our amazing team. Experience in personal care is essential.

Requirements:
• Yellow NDIS Card
• Blue Card
• Current driver’s licence
• Own reliable vehicle and insurance
• Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• Certificate III in Individual Support
• Current First Aid & CPR

About You:
• Great personality with a positive attitude
• Able to work independently and within a team environment
• Reliable, trustworthy and compassionate
• Outgoing and passionate about supporting others

We offer above award wages, multiple roles available, and a fantastic working environment with a supportive team culture.

There is something truly special about the comfort animals bring into our lives 🐾💛

Spending time with animals — especially cats — can have such a positive impact on mental health, emotional wellbeing and disability support. A simple cuddle, gentle purr, or quiet companionship can help reduce stress, anxiety, loneliness and provide a sense of calm during difficult moments.

For many people living with disability, animals offer unconditional love, emotional comfort and connection without judgement. They can bring routine, purpose, laughter and companionship into everyday life.

And perhaps the most beautiful part… so many cats in shelters or on the streets are simply looking for love, safety and someone to care for them. Giving a cat a home or even spending time with one can change not only their life — but yours too. 🐱✨

Sometimes healing comes in the softest form — four paws, a warm cuddle, and a little soul that just wants to be loved.
