**Three Points Core Support & Services is growing!**
We are looking for **amazing, compassionate and reliable Support Workers** to join our boutique NDIS team.
We pride ourselves on being **boutique in supports** – providing genuine, person-centred care while building meaningful relationships and helping our participants achieve their goals, maintain their independence and live the life they choose.
💙 About the Role
We have **multiple positions available** across a variety of supports, including:
* High Intensity & Complex Supports
* End-of-Life & Palliative Supports
* Personal Care
* Community Access
* Social & Wellbeing Supports
* Capacity Building & Daily Living Skills
Our participants have diverse support needs, so we are looking for people who are confident, adaptable and genuinely passionate about making a difference.

We aren't just looking for qualifications – **personality, compassion, reliability and the right attitude matter to us.**
You must be able to adapt to different participants and support environments and be available across a variety of shifts, including:
* Day shifts
* Afternoon/evening shifts
* Active nights
* Sleepovers
* Weekends
✅ Essential Requirements
Applicants must hold:
* Current NDIS Worker Screening / Yellow Card
* Current Blue Card
* Current Police Check
* Current Driver Licence
* Reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance
* Current First Aid & CPR
* Completed NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Experience in **high-intensity supports, complex care, personal care or end-of-life supports** will be highly regarded.
