Last year, after telling a friend about my idea for the Unstuck Card Deck, I was gifted my first tarot deck. That gift started my deep dive into the fascinating world of tarot.

Tarot is a powerful tool for self-reflection. Each card holds symbolism, life lessons and ancient wisdom. It invites us to ask curious questions, tap into our intuition and open our minds to new perspectives. This is everything the Unstuck Method promotes.

My fascination with tarot led me to complete a six-month Tarot Masterclass this year, and I absolutely loved it. I am now a very proud graduate who is ready to share what I have learnt.

Where appropriate and with your consent, I will begin incorporating tarot into my therapeutic practice to support you to access your intuition, reflect more deeply and get unstuck.

🌿 Fresh Air, Fresh Perspective 🌿

Sometimes getting unstuck doesn't happen within four walls.

Over the past few months, I've been embracing a different way of working, taking therapy outside the office and into Townsville's beautiful natural spaces. Whether it's a walk or a quiet conversation on a park bench, being outdoors can create space to slow down, reflect, and see things from a different perspective.

Many people find that movement, fresh air, and connection with nature help them feel calmer, more present, and more open to exploring what's keeping them stuck. Outdoor therapy isn't about hiking or fitness; it's simply therapy in a different setting.

The end of an era and the beginning of a really exciting new chapter 🌿✨

I’ve officially moved out of my Townsville City office. From May, I’ll be working online and in person in nature settings offering Unstuck Method appointments.

For now, I’m taking a bit of time to pause and reset, and I’ll be on leave until 4th May.
