We will be CLOSED from Saturday 20th June (today!) and re-open inside our brand new GORGEOUS space on WEDNESDAY 24th JUNE!

This is a huge move! 😅 please note I will not be able to respond to calls/messages during this time. I will respond from Wednesday 24th when I have a second to catch my breath 🙏🏽 I really appreciate your understanding and patience during this closure. I’m BEYOND EXCITED to show you our beautiful new location next week!

Rejuvenate will be closed this week due to me having to have a little hospital stay for a bout of Diverticulitis 🫪 So painful. So uncomfortable, so debilitating, so unspoken about! It’s a condition that I’ve been managing for a few years now and unfortunately it got the better of me this week. (I may be a little stressed and exhausted) 🥴 I’ll be in hospital receiving some IV antibiotics and some much needed rest over the next few days.

Your understanding is much appreciated. All scheduled appointments will be rescheduled into the next couple of weeks. If this isn’t suitable we can recommend other clinics that may be able to treat you earlier if need be. 🫶🏽

POV: The worst part of owning & operating your own business, that no one really speaks about… the guilt you feel when you’re sick/unwell and need to reschedule patients and let down people by having to cancel their appointments 🥹 Obviously I’m only human and majority of people are completely understanding and supportive & for that I’m very grateful & appreciative! Thanks for your kind words and unconditional support ♥️ sorry to let you down, see you all next week xx

Happy International Nurses Day! 💪🏽 this was me graduating as a ‘baby’ nurse in 2016 and single mum of 4 beautiful children! I worked my absolute butt off for this double degree & still do to this day 10 years later... I’m beyond proud of being a nurse. Strength, to speak up and use my voice, advocate, compassion, love, kindness and a lot of resilience is what the profession has taught me. Here’s to Nurses 🥂
