Join Kelly & Stacey for a soul-nourishing morning of ritual, connection and remembrance as we gather in sacred sisterhood to awaken the Wild Woman within.
This is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and immerse yourself in an experience of rhythm, creativity and intention.

🌿 During our morning together you will experience:

🥁 A Guided Shamanic Drum Journey
Allow yourself to completely surrender as you lie back, close your eyes and simply receive. Let the heartbeat of the drum carry you on an inward journey of deep relaxation, healing and connection.

🌿 Herbal Tea & Sacred Connection
Sip beautiful herbal tea as we gather in circle, sharing space and presence with like-hearted women.

🕯️ Candle Magic Workshop
Create your own magical intention candle in a hands-on workshop, using our handcrafted apothecary anointing oils and sacred powders to infuse it with your personal energy and purpose. You'll take your candle home as a beautiful reminder of your intentions and continue the ritual in your own time.

🥁 Drumming Together
Later in the morning, we'll invite everyone to raise the rhythm together. You're welcome to bring your own drum, or borrow one of our lovingly handcrafted deer hide drums—we'll have a drum for every woman. Together we'll drum as one, awakening something ancient, powerful and deeply alive within.

✨ Our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. ✨

Today, Stacey and I held our very first Women's Gathering Circle, and what a beautiful experience it was.

Together we shared ritual, connection, the wisdom of the seasons, the grounding embrace of the earth, ceremonial cacao, breathwork, tea, laughter, reflection, and a little bit of magic. Most importantly, we shared sacred space with an incredible group of women who arrived with open hearts and a willingness to be present with themselves and one another.

To each woman who joined us, thank you. Thank you for your trust, your courage, your stories, your presence, and the unique energy you brought to the circle.

As we pack away the cushions, wash the teacups, and reflect on the day, our cups are full, our hearts are full, and we are deeply grateful for what was created together.

This is only the beginning, and we cannot wait to gather again.

There’s been a quiet evolution happening behind the scenes lately.

Recently, I stepped deeper into ceremonial work, healing spaces, and reconnecting with the heart of what truly lights me up. One of the biggest parts of that journey was completing Ceremonial Facilitator training — deepening my understanding of sacred space holding, ritual, nervous system awareness, breath, intention, and community connection.

What began years ago as energy healing and sound work has slowly expanded into something much more embodied and intentional.

Lately my world has been filled with:
𖤓 Breathwork & ceremony
𖤓 Reiki & sound healing
𖤓 Seasonal rituals and sacred gatherings
𖤓 Handmade incense, sprays, and apothecary creations
𖤓 Meditation and grounding practices
𖤓 Creating spaces for people to soften, release, reconnect, and remember themselves

While I’ve still been sharing little moments over on my stories, I realised I haven’t really stopped to share where my work and heart have been evolving lately. Truthfully, I’ve been creating, learning, healing, and listening deeply to where this path is leading.
I’m feeling incredibly grateful for the people who continue to support this journey and for the beautiful community that keeps finding its way here. There are some deeply nourishing offerings, gatherings, and creations coming soon and I can’t wait to share them with you all.

Stepping through the hand-carved doors, you can feel it instantly… a quiet shift.

The outside world softens as you’re welcomed into the warmth of the shala — polished wooden floors beneath your feet, candlelight flickering gently, and lush green forest pouring in through the wide open windows.

And then, as you enter, you’re met by the altar…
Carefully created on the floor, a weaving of earth, flame, and intention — leaves, candles, sacred objects and offerings, all coming together to hold the energy of the space. A quiet centrepiece that invites you to slow down, drop in, and arrive fully.
More than a room… it’s a sanctuary.

There was something truly special about holding space for the handmade natural incense workshop over the weekend.
Gathering in circle, working with our hands, and blending sacred botanicals with intention felt deeply grounding and nourishing. Watching each woman connect with her own creative flow and infuse her blend with meaning was such a joy to witness.
For me, it felt like coming home — returning to my creativity, reconnecting with the alchemy of natural elements, and remembering how good it feels to create from the soul.

A deeply nourishing weekend spent in sacred space, surrounded by the most beautiful women, each arriving with open hearts and a willingness to soften, release, and reconnect.

Held gently within the embrace of nature, this retreat became a sanctuary — a place where time slowed, nervous systems settled, and something ancient within each of us was remembered. Through shared stories, quiet moments, laughter, and healing practices, we wove a container of safety, truth, and deep feminine connection.
There is something profoundly powerful about women gathering in this way — witnessing, holding, and honouring one another without judgment. It’s in these spaces that we return to ourselves… grounded, expanded, and just a little more whole.

I leave feeling replenished, inspired, and deeply grateful for the magic that unfolds when women come together with intention.
