Sam (Dietitian) and Bec (Exercise Physiologist & Diabetes Educator) are off to the Burdekin today.

You’ll find us working out of the Burdekin Community Association as part of our rural outreach services, bringing care closer to you, in your community.

If you’d like to book an appointment while we’re in town, give our team a call. No referral is required, and we welcome all referrals including Medicare, DVA and private.

Our Group Class Timetable is here.

From strength and mat Pilates to our Cardio class, our group sessions are designed to help you build strength, improve fitness, and move well in a supportive environment.

You might have noticed we’ve been quietly trialling a Cardio class for a little while now… and it’s officially here to stay on the timetable.

All sessions are guided by our degree-qualified exercise team and are included with gym membership. Casual passes are also available.

Regular cardiovascular training helps keep your heart strong, lungs working efficiently, and energy levels up, while supporting blood pressure, endurance, and overall health.

Our Cardio Circuit classes are designed to make cardio simple, effective, and a little more enjoyable. Think timed intervals, supportive coaching, and a great group atmosphere that helps keep you motivated.

Vestibular Physiotherapy can help settle the symptoms and get your balance system working properly again.

Through assessment and targeted treatment techniques - including canalith repositioning, balance retraining and personalised exercises - we aim to reduce dizziness, improve confidence in your movement, and help you get back to everyday life without the constant swirl.

Oh hiiiiiii, Shannon.

Shannon is a Physio who brings over 15 years of experience to the clinic. He's focused on helping people move better and feel more in control of their bodies. After completing his Physiotherapy degree in 2009, he went on to achieve his Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2015 and is APA Titled.

Shannon works with everything from acute injuries through to post-surgery rehab and persistent pain - he genuinely loves helping people get back to feeling like themselves again.

He’s big on keeping things simple and making sure you actually understand what’s going on, not just getting a quick treatment and being sent on your way. The goal is to build your confidence, get you moving well, and set you up with a plan that lasts.
