🚺Heavy menstrual bleeding, 🚺period bloating, 🚺lower back pain, 🚺hormonal acne and 🚺irrational irritability

In my 20s, this was me. Every month. Or maybe every 40-45 days, because my period wasn’t regular. But I knew it was coming! Because I turned into a hormone monster in the 4-5 days before it showed up.

I would get extreme cravings for chocolate, and insane hunger for the week before, accompanied by some nice cystic acne around my chin and jaw.

Then I would start bleeding, and not be comfortable leaving the house for the first 48 hours because it was so heavy and my cramps were pretty spectacular.

Now that I’m in my mid 30s, I can predict when my period is due because it’s been 30 days, not because my PMS tells me. Sometimes it can make an appearance without any symptoms and it’s a surprise!

This has taken plenty of education, supplements, diet and lifestyle changes. But I’m finally at a place where I feel in control and happy with my period.

And now I’m on a mission to help other women in pre-peri, peri and post menopause feel the same way - in control and supported in their hormone journey - without guilt, judgement or pressure.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!



🎉 New Year, Same Me, but with a Splash of Intentions! 🌟

Here's the lowdown on my goals for 2024:

Consistent Intentional exercise: Keeping my brain and muscles happy and strong with CrossFit!

3-4 days of doggy walks each week– because happy pets mean a happy me( and intact furniture)

A solid 8-hour sleep at least 6 nights per week - keeping my moods balanced and my brain recovered

Consistency with my magic magnesium supplement, and finding a schedule that helps me remember to take it

Aiming for 2 books a month – fiction, non-fiction, bring it on!

Sooo many women in their 30's and 40's have asked me about how to help with their PMS symptoms. I've noticed that many of them are making the mistake of undereating, or ignoring the stress they are putting their body's through.

So, I'm thinking of putting together a free booklet that would help busy women like you, to get back in control of their periods, regain their energy, reduce their pain and increase their moods.
