TEMPORARILY CLOSED FOR ONE WEEK

Due to illness and staff unavailability, I’ve made the decision to close Optibods for the next week and give us all a much-needed little holiday.

I received some absolute filthy messages and comments on other posts that I was able to remove.
My gym is a positive safe space where bitching and nastiness is not allowed.

All of the people being nasty to me and thinking my gender clause will be an issue for them, It won’t be, because we have a strict code of conduct of respect that you broke with your nasty words.

First rule of Optibods, no rudeness, no bitching, or you will be removed.
