Eight new injuries through the door this week.
Soccer ankles. Footy ACLs. Netball backs, a couple of Achilles. Runners with sore knee caps. Nearly every one came from playing sport, and nearly every one has a clear way back to it.
The bit people get wrong is thinking the finish line is "no pain." It's not. The finish line is back out there playing. Pain settling down is where the real work starts, not where it wraps up.
So we actually test your strength and capacity. That way you're heading back when your body's ready, not just when it feels alright. Those aren't the same thing.
