I’ll be attending the Psychic Expo in Moe on Sunday, 24th May.

I’ll be offering Reiki sessions throughout the day, and there will also be an opportunity to sign up for Reiki training, so you can learn to treat yourself and those you love with Reiki.

Hello everyone! ✨

I’ll be attending the Psychic Expo in Moe on Sunday, 24th May.

I’ll be offering Reiki sessions throughout the day, and there will also be an opportunity to sign up for Reiki training for those who would like to learn how to channel Reiki for themselves.

Imagine coming home after a hard day at work, running yourself a relaxing bath, and while you unwind, using Reiki to help move and clear the energy of the day.

And if you don’t have time for a bath, you can use Reiki while lying in bed at the end of the day, while having a shower, or even first thing in the morning to set a positive tone for your day.

The last hour of your day and the first hour of your morning are so important. Clearing, balancing, and protecting your precious energy should be on everyone’s agenda.

Reiki is very versatile, and once you start using it for yourself and those you love, you’ll wonder how you ever managed without it.

Things you realise as you begin to heal and grow

Establish healthy boundaries — your peace is important.

A disagreement is not a personal attack; it is simply a difference of opinion, and that’s a good thing. We aren’t all meant to think the same way.

External validation is not self-worth. Yes, it’s nice when people say kind things about you, but the only person who can truly define your worth is you. When you love and respect yourself, you no longer allow anyone to treat you poorly — including yourself.
