🤍 A Gentle Reminder About Appointment Times 🤍

To ensure every client receives the care, attention and full treatment time they deserve, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment.

We understand that life happens. Traffic, kids, work and unexpected delays can sometimes get in the way. We always do our best to accommodate where possible.

However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be cancelled.

This isn't a decision we enjoy making. In fact, we hate turning clients away. But allowing late appointments to proceed impacts every client scheduled after you, and we never want anyone's treatment time compromised.

Our goal is to provide the best possible experience for every person who walks through our doors, and keeping appointments running on time helps us do exactly that.

If you're running late, please give us a call or send us a message as soon as possible so we can advise you on your options.
