That’s right folks. Can’t believe I’m saying this, but it’s time to hit the gym.

For those who have been following my blog, you would know that I’ve been following a vegan keto diet for the last few months.

I’ve had some awesome results and feel great. But I do need to ween off the diet and try and get more variety back in my food choices 😋

Increasing my exercise and muscle growth is part of my keto exit strategy. I’ve got other things lined up as well. I’ll be writing about my keto exit strategy on the blog soon.
