Disability Support Worker Needed – Morwell 3840 VIC
We are currently seeking a reliable and compassionate disability support worker to provide quality care and assistance in Morwell.

Shift Details:
• 2-3 days per week
• 4 hours per shift

Requirements:
• This position is offered on an employee basis only (PAYG/TFN arrangement). Contractor or ABN arrangements are not available.
• Experience in disability support (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, respectful, and understanding nature
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transport
• Current Police Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check • First Aid & CPR certification


Responsibilities:
• Assisting with daily living activities
• Providing social and community support
• Supporting independence and wellbeing
• Light domestic assistance (if required)

We are currently seeking a Caucasian male Support Worker to support a participant in Wollert.

Due to the participant’s personal preferences and behavioural support needs, a specific worker profile is required to ensure rapport, safety, and emotional regulation.
Shifts available starting next week.

TFN only – no contractors or independent support workers.

✅ Role Responsibilities
• Provide person-centred support
• Assist with daily living activities
• Support community access and appointments
• Follow individual Support Plans and Behaviour Support Plans
• Maintain clear documentation and progress notes

✅ Basic Requirements
• Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience supporting participants with complex behaviours (preferred)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Nurse with experience in Mental Health and Disabilities to join our team providing high-quality care for a complex client in Bundoora. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where your expertise in managing mental health and disabilities will directly impact the well-being of the client.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide clinical care for clients with mental health and complex needs.
Administer medications and monitor side effects.
Implement and update care plans.
