I’ve had so many of you asking for this recipe… so here it is 🤍

This Gluten-Free Protein Bread has become a staple in my kitchen, as it’s super nourishing, grounding, versatile and the perfect base for a nourishing breakfast, lunch, or snack.

🌿Come with me to The Bathhouse

If you know me, you’ll know my love language is gifting experiences over things, especially the ones that actually make you slow down and relax.

Last weekend I took Mum to The Bathhouse for her birthday, and it was exactly that.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how hard it can be to actually slow down in everyday life. ✨Even when we want rest, we often don’t set our lives up in a way that supports it.

I genuinely loved the time away from tech, being somewhere that encouraged me to put my phone down, be more present, and actually enjoy the conversations and little moments happening around me.

It was such a simple reminder that sometimes creating more calm in our lives isn’t about adding another thing to our routine, it’s about intentionally placing ourselves in environments that support us to slow down.

I’m still learning this myself, but moments like this are a good reminder of what it feels like to step away from the noise and come back to what actually matters. 🖤

Have you been to Greenhouse Bathhouse? I’d love to hear what you thought, or if there are any places you go when you need to properly switch off.

🤍 Because, your life is worth nourishing.

3-Ingredient Raspberry Jam 🌺
[To help your skin glow]

A simple, nourishing homemade jam without refined sugar, gums or preservatives. I love to enjoy this jam on my toasted nut & seed protein bread, porridge, chia puddings or coconut yoghurt.

✨ Why Your Body Will Love It:
Raspberries provide polyphenols and antioxidants, chia seeds add fibre and omega-3s, while raw honey brings natural sweetness. Adding collagen provides the amino acids your body uses to support collagen production, helping support healthy skin, hair, nails and connective tissue.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups frozen raspberries
2–3 tbsp local raw honey (adjust to taste)
2 tbsp chia seeds
* Optional: 2 tbsp Chief Nutrition unflavoured collagen protein for an extra beauty boost (supporting skin, hair, nails + connective tissue)
🛒 DC: LAURAS10

CREATE

1. Add frozen raspberries to a saucepan and gently heat over medium heat until softened and juicy (around 5–10 minutes).
2. Mash raspberries with a fork until you reach your desired texture.
3. Stir through raw honey and chia seeds.
4. If adding collagen, allow the mixture to cool slightly, then stir through until smooth.
5. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to allow the chia seeds to thicken into a jam-like consistency.

💌 Store in the fridge in a sealed glass jar for up to 1 week.

Enjoy!

I wish more people knew this about collagen… 👇

Collagen health isn’t just about “taking collagen” it’s about creating the internal environment your body needs to build and protect it.

After your mid-20s, natural production declines by ~1% per year, so support matters.

✨ Protein + amino acids
Collagen is made from amino acids like glycine, proline & lysine found in high-quality proteins, bone broth, seafood, eggs & collagen supplements.

I use Chief Nutrition collagen Protein
DC: LAURAS10

✨ Vitamin C
A key cofactor that helps build and stabilise strong collagen fibres.

✨ Iron + trace minerals
Support oxygen delivery and enzyme activity needed for collagen formation and tissue repair.

I take Chief Nutrition Iron+C before & during my menstrual bleed.

✨ Acupuncture
Supports circulation, nutrient delivery and reduces inflammation that can slow skin repair and collagen production.

I see the incredible Dr Fiona Franklin | Doctor of Chinese Medicine

✨ Magnesium
Helps activate protein synthesis pathways and reduces cortisol-driven collagen breakdown.

I use All Things Better | Evidence Based Supplements Sleep & Stress Support

✨ Sleep + stress
Deep sleep = repair. Chronic stress accelerates collagen breakdown.

✨ External support
Red light therapy, skincare and barrier support help reduce collagen degradation.

Remember, it’s not just one supplement, it’s the full ecosystem that supports collagen over time.

🤍 Because your life is worth nourishing.

You can eat the “perfect” diet and still struggle with your health .. [Here’s why] 👇

When most people think about nutrition, they think about food. That was me, before I started my degree in Nutritional Medicine.

This is when true health is about so much more than what’s on your plate, and it opened up my world to ancient health modalities like Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda, which I just love so much. ✨

[Let me know if you want me to share more about this?]

Holistic nutrition considers the interconnected relationship between food, lifestyle, environment, mindset, and daily habits. It’s about supporting the body as a whole rather than focusing on a single symptom or quick fix.

These are the 7 core pillars that guide my approach to health and wellbeing:

+ Nutrient-dense whole foods
+ Mind-body connection
+ Lifestyle foundations
+ Reducing toxic load
+ Sustainable habits
+ Education & self-empowerment
+ Individualised nutrition

What if I told you that the most important pillar of all is learning how to think critically about your health, and self regulate?

In a world full of wellness trends, social media advice, and conflicting opinions, it’s essential to ask:

> Who is sharing this information?
> What qualifications do they have?
> Is it evidence-based?
> Does it apply to my personal circumstances?

Your health journey should be guided by education, not influencers.

I’m sharing this because I work in marketing and I’m also a qualified health practitioner. I see through the bull sh*t, and I’m here to call it out.

Proof you can make a delicious + healthy dessert in 10 mins [Part 2] 🍪🤎

The response to Part 1 was so good that I had to make another version.

This time: a single-serve double chocolate cookie that’s gluten-free, refined sugar-free, and made with simple ingredients you probably already have at home.

Because sometimes you don’t need a whole batch of cookies sitting on the bench tempting you for the next three days. You just want one warm, gooey, chocolatey cookie after dinner.

🤎The secret = which gives this cookie its delicious taste + endless health benefits [mood, hormones & glowing skin]

This is the kind of dessert that satisfies the sweet craving without leaving you feeling sluggish afterwards.

If you’re in your “I want dessert every night but also want to feel good” era… this one’s for you ✨

Steal my Hormone-Supportive Food Shopping List 🛒🤍

Your energy crashes, cravings, bloating, mood swings, or feeling “off” for no obvious reason… these are often signs your hormones need more support, not more restriction.

Instead of overthinking it, this is a simple way to bring things back into balance through food.

• Fibre-rich plants to support hormone clearance.
• Protein to steady energy and blood sugar.
• Healthy fats to support hormone production.
• And daily staples like flax, chia, walnuts, seeds and pomegranate to gently support gut health, minerals, and inflammation.

It’s not about eating perfectly, it’s about eating in a way that helps your body feel safe again. Make food your medicine.

🛒 Save this for your next grocery shop!

Because, your life is worth nourishing.
