Turns out chasing a plastic ball around with a paddle is a great way to spend a Saturday. 10/10 would recommend, already planning round two!!

🌟 WE’RE HIRING – FEMALE SUPPORT WORKERS 🌟

ONESTEP SUPPORTis looking for some new support workers to join our team across the Central Coast 💙

We’re currently looking for female support workers under 40 for participants located at both the northern and southern ends of the Central Coast.

The age and gender preference is based on the individual preferences of the participants we’re currently recruiting support workers for.

We’d love to hear from you if you’re:

✨ Bright, bubbly and easy-going

💙 Experienced with psychosocial disability and mental health

🤝 Good at building genuine connections with people

🚗 Happy to travel across the Central Coast for supports

🙌 Reliable, confident and able to work independently

You’ll need a current NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, First Aid & CPR, as well as a driver’s licence and reliable car.

These are casual positions with the opportunity to build ongoing regular hours with the right participant matches.
