You don’t need an hour-long workout to make a difference.
A few minutes of the right movement can:
✔ improve strength
✔ support your joints
✔ boost your energy

Try this simple “movement snack”:
• 10 x sit-to-stands (from a chair)
• 10 x wall push-ups
• 20–30 sec balance hold (each side)
That’s it.
