Here’s how NOT to move through this time (yep, speaking from experience…)
STEP 1: Try to fix everything - especially when there are some things that aren’t even yours to FIX.
STEP 2: Attempt to bypass human experience. The gift and curse of psychic mediumship or any kind of intuitive ability means = “I can see how this is all happening for me,” but what can also happen if you are called to experience the full gamut of human emotions and for many people, that feels impossible to sit with. Highly uncomfortable. There is so much fear and resistance to FEEL it.
STEP 3: Keep functioning and “going” even when your body, brain and system are telling you to STOP. Avoid self care practices that make you feel good.
STEP 4: Try to get through the experience as quickly as possible because it is uncomfortable AF.👟💨
Here’s what helps instead:
You cannot solve a problem with the same tools, context, and identity that created it.
The strategy that collapsed you cannot be the strategy that recovers you.
Instead know this:
1) You are part of a mass upgrade and ascension
2) You must turn a clear eye to your patterns and behaviours to understand and shift from your usual pattern
Example…. If you constantly
Seek Control → surrender.
Try to Over-give → learn to receive.
Focus on Achievement → simply rest.
What do you need right now?
Not what do you need in the context of all the responsibilities (marriage, biz, kids, etc).
What do you ACTUALLY need in this moment?
If you are trying to deploy old strategies to create new context you will find it won’t work. This will lead to discomfort and eventually, force you to look at the patterns you’re holding and how they are keeping you in your old identity.
