Today, we said farewell to our wonderful Team Leader of Robin and Banksia, Maddie. 💛

Described by her team as approachable, compassionate and always someone who could make them laugh, Maddie has made such a positive impact on everyone around her. Her big heart, warmth and ability to make people feel truly heard, valued and welcome will be so missed.

We are incredibly proud to see Maddie begin her next chapter as a Behaviour Support Practitioner and can’t wait to continue working alongside her in a different capacity.

Thank you for everything, Maddie. We’ll miss you, your beautiful heart and, of course, your love for Elton John! 🤠🖤
