Don't be a statistic. Come along and learn how to keep yourself steady on your feet.

Our free Falls Prevention Workshop is being held at the Care Easy Community Hub on Friday 30 October, from 1.30pm to 3pm.

Led by an experienced exercise physiologist, the session will cover simple strength and balance exercises you can do at home, along with tips to help you stay safe and independent.

It's a great opportunity to ask questions, pick up some new habits and connect with others in the community.

Seats are free for all seniors but limited, so call 02 6602 9422 to book.

Passing by Care Easy? Stop in for a cuppa.

Our Care4Coffee van is parked right out the front at 2/47 Greenway Drive, Tweed Heads South. We're open from 7am to 2pm, Monday to Friday.

Whether you're after breakfast, morning tea, lunch or simply a great coffee, Cindy will look after you with a friendly smile.

Four legged friends are welcome too. We keep a water bowl ready for any thirsty pups.

Grab a drink, enjoy a bite to eat and say hello. You're always welcome at Care4Coffee.

Falls are one of the most common causes of injury for older Australians, but many can be prevented. The good news is that small, regular changes can make a real difference.

Join us for a free Falls Prevention Workshop at the Care Easy Hub on Friday 30 October, from 1.30pm to 3pm. The session will be led by an experienced exercise physiologist, who'll share practical ways to improve your strength and balance and help you feel more confident on your feet.

We're delighted to welcome Danielle to the Care Easy family.

Danielle is one of our Care Partners, supporting clients who receive home care through the Support at Home program. Her role involves managing and coordinating each client's services, and keeping an eye on the bigger picture so they get the care they need, when they need it.

If you're a Support at Home client, you may be hearing from Danielle soon. We know she'll be a great support to many people in our community.

Are you coming along to Move and Groove in the Park?

Join us on Monday 12 October, from 10.30am to 12pm, for a relaxed morning of gentle movement, stretching and fresh air. It's a lovely way to stay active, enjoy the outdoors and catch up with friends old and new.

Bus pick-up and drop-off is available, or you're welcome to make your own way there. If the weather doesn't cooperate, don't worry. We'll simply move the activity to the Care Easy Hub.
