For the maximum nutritional value - soak overnight before eating. Soaking will trigger the germination process, & the release of enzymes, thus changing the nutritional profile & making it gentler on your tummy. 1 cup of dry mix requires 1/2 a cup of water, then leave overnight & it's fine stored in the fridge for 3 days once moistened. 1 cup = 3 serves.
