We’ll ease into the evening with the foundations of rope, including safety, consent and the basics before moving into connection, learning and practice.

There’s something beautiful about learning rope when you take the time to slow down.
It’s not just about the rope itself.
It’s about communication. Trust. Presence.
Listening to each other and learning to notice what feels comfortable, what doesn’t, and how to communicate that.

Tomorrow night, we’re back for Rope Rendezvous Level 1 at The Bliss Bo***ir in Tweed Heads South!

Whether you’re completely new to rope or simply wanting to build a stronger foundation, this evening is a gentle place to begin.

Sometimes, we think connection is about knowing what to say or what to do.

But often, it’s about learning to listen.

To ourselves.
To our boundaries.
To what we need.
And to the person in front of us.

This is something I’ve come to appreciate deeply through embodied practices.

What matters just as much is the communication, trust, presence and awareness that happens along the way.

Learning to slow down.
To notice.
To communicate clearly.
To respect a boundary.
To be present with another person.

And those skills can extend far beyond the practice itself.

They can influence the way we communicate in our relationships, the boundaries we hold, the way we receive, and the way we connect with ourselves.

Sometimes the work isn't about becoming someone different.

It’s about becoming more connected to who you already are 🤎

That’s the kind of space I love creating in my work.
