🐴 What’s on at Applewood Equine 🐴

🧘22nd September - Mindful Ponies.
Yoga session (with Sarah Connell, Shanti kids studio) & calming horse activities (with experienced Equine Assisted Learning Facilitator Melinda Pritchard, Applewood)

🐴23rd September - 4 hour group workshop. Activities with horses on the ground- building skills, connection and communication throughout the day to a mounted experience

🦄 28th September - 1.5hr mini group workshops. Connection and fun activities with horses on the ground

🐴 Applewood Equine has run programs and workshops for young people for over 5 years - they are a great way for kids to get to know ponies in a way that brings calm, confidence and connection.

Individual and shared sessions available throughout the year for all ages. Tylden/Woodend/Kyneton area

Bookings by appointment only. For both sessions and workshops.

Other workshops and sessions available throughout the school holidays and term for all ages, however none of them with the special kids yoga offering!! 💫

🐴🐴 2 spots have become available in Wednesdays 12.30pm - 2pm mini workshop 🐴😀 weather is looking☀️🌞

🗓️Mini workshop Wed 8th July 12.30-2pm. (All activities on the ground) $90
Workshops: ages 7-12 years.
Location: Tylden/Kyneton.🐴

Sessions running all weekend and throughout the year for individuals, shared or groups.

🐴Fun Equine Assisted Learning activities with horses🐴 these are not pony rides or riding lessons - although basic horse skills, care, knowledge and safety are taught within the activities.

In all workshops and sessions:
🦄 Find calm
🦄 Build confidence and connection
🦄 Groom and care for the ponies
🦄 Decorating them (optional)
🦄 Learn to lead a pony
🦄 Learn horse communication
In 1 and 2 day workshops and regular ongoing sessions (not in mini w/shop):
🦄Lead horse through obstacles
🦄Therapeutic EAL mounted experiences

👑Goodies to take home from the workshops include an Applewood Equine Booklet, Toy Pony and a discount voucher for individual sessions.

Bow overload!! 🦄🤣 Winter workshop fun yesterday, had the young folk getting super creative. The weather may have been dreary but the ponies tails and happy smiling faces were bringing sunshine to a rainy day!

Workshops and sessions can take place in a large undercover area with an indoors headquarters to warm up and learn in. 🐴🥰 Connect with horses and nature all year round. 🍃🐴
