Women need Oxytocin to regulate. We need connection, community, our tribe. This is why we crave quality gal time.

We need Emotional connection.

This is why women naturally vent, it's a way to process the tsunami of emotion pulsing through our bodies. The more unhinged the better - just don't believe everything you say in this state mmmkkk.

Simply being witnessed expressing is so healing.
