Reminiscing on our beautiful Sunday of Yoga, Clay and Wholefood. What a joy it was to collaborate with Centered Ceramics and pachamama_catering for this day of devotion.
Thank you for all the women that attended. It was lovely to spend a day connecting with you and finding out what sparks your soul. Reminding ourselves that we all need time to rest unwind and nourish ourselves.

You don’t have to leave your newborn in a crèche to get in some YOU time in. I know how hard it is, you want the space to move and release but you also feel anxious if you are apart from your new little love. Come be amongst fellow mummas, build your commmunity and share in this practice, give yourself space to breathe... alongside your little one.
Gentle, supportive movement.
