City Cave Springwood is looking for a Float Attendant to join our friendly team!

💧 About the role:
As a Float Attendant, you’ll be the heart of our centre – welcoming guests, supporting their wellness journey, and helping maintain a clean, calm, and professional space. Every day is about helping people reset, relax, and recharge.

🧘‍♀️ You’ll be doing things like:
• Welcoming and guiding clients through their float experience
• Preparing float rooms and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Managing bookings and guest enquiries
• Supporting daily centre operations
• Creating a calm, positive environment for all visitors

💙 We’re looking for someone who has:
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Reliability and teamwork mindset
• A passion for health & wellness (experience is a bonus, not essential)
