Below are 14 carrier oils that you can use. Over the next few days I will be talking about each of them

Second of the methods is Compresses.
Compresses
Can be hot or cold. Prepared by adding 2-5drops of oil/s to a bowl of water. A flannel is used to dip into the water, wung and applied to the affected area for about 10-15mins. If alternating between hot and cold, hot should be applied first. Ideal for swollen joints, backaches and headaches.

First of the methods are Gargles and Mouthwashes.
This is excellent for throat infections, mouth ulcers, and gum problems. Add 2 drops of essential oil to glass of water and use as a mouthwash. Mint or peppermint essential oil preferrred
