✨ Great News for October! ✨

I’m so happy to share that I had the opportunity to offer Sound Healing for a beautiful group of ladies at Wellness Co. 💕

It was part of their exclusive “Luma After Dark” package, where the entire space can be hired for a private wellness experience.

It was wonderful to share Sound Healing with local mums and watch them immerse themselves in the soothing vibrations, deeply relaxing and taking a little time away from the busyness of everyday life. 🌿

💧🔔 Can you taste sound?

Throughout August, I invited people to take part in a simple blind water-tasting experiment with my Japanese Singing Ring®.

People tasted water before and after it had been placed inside the Singing Ring® while I played.

They noticed differences — describing the water as lighter, clearer, fresher, softer, sweeter, more harmonious, velvety, pure… while some waters brought very different sensations and textures.

It wasn’t a scientific experiment, but it was a beautiful reminder that sound can be experienced in more ways than simply through our ears.

With my Japanese Sound & Vibrational Healing, you may experience sound through different senses:

👂 Hearing & listening
🤲 Feeling & touching vibration
💧 Tasting & sensing water
👁 Seeing water move and form shapes

And sometimes, people notice something completely different.

They may feel an energy shift, relief from physical discomfort, a sense of being clearer or lighter, more energised, grounded or aligned.

There is no right or wrong experience.

So… what would you feel after a sound healing session?

Can sound change the way water feels?

This month, I’ve been sharing a little water-tasting experiment with participants at my Sound & Vibrational Healing group sessions and private sessions. 💧🔔

I prepared two glasses of water.

One had been played with Singing Ring®.
The other had not.

But there was one important thing:

Nobody knew which was which.

It was a blind tasting — no right or wrong answer. I simply invited everyone to taste and notice.

Here are some of the words people used to describe the differences they noticed:

✨ Sweeter
✨ Smoother
✨ Heightened
✨ Pure
✨ Clearer
✨ Beautiful
✨ Fresher
✨ Lighter

And what fascinated me most was that people could often identify which glass had been played with Singing Ring® — without knowing beforehand.

Something was different enough for people to perceive through their sense of taste.

Today we explored a simple water tasting experiment before and after playing the Singing Ring®.

It was such a beautiful experience.

There is no right or wrong.
Just notice.

No one knew which water had been played with the Singing Ring® and which had not. Everyone simply tasted each one with an open mind and noticed whatever they experienced.

One participant found it difficult at first to put her experience into words. By the end, she described the water after the Singing Ring® as:
✨ "Heightened"
✨ "Pure and clear"
✨ "Harmonious"
✨ "Beautiful"

Other participants from different group shared words like:
💧 "Lighter"
💧 "Clearer" "Sweeter"
etc etc...

It was fascinating to hear how each person experienced the water in their own unique way.

It was a space where people felt open to notice, to explore, and to trust their own senses.

I loved witnessing that openness.

We'll continue this "Open to Notice" experience throughout this month during our group Japanese Sound & Vibrational Healing sessions.

I look forward to discovering what each group notices next. 🙏💙

August has arrived...

Lately, I've been noticing the sunlight reaching my bedroom a little later each morning and the days becoming just a little longer. It even gives me a bit more time to cut firewood in the evening—a quiet reminder that spring is slowly on its way.

It made me realise how many beautiful changes happen so gently that we often miss them.

This month, I'd love to invite you to slow down and notice with me.

During each Japanese Sound & Vibrational Healing session in August, I'll be sharing a simple water experiment. Hi UB community!

It has been so wonderdul to share this Japanese singing bowls - Singing Ring® at UB hall♡

I have been enjoying the intimate small group.

The last one in July is on
Monday 27th
6.30-7.30pm.
$30 per person.

I will continue to offer Mondays in August twice.

From the second group, I have learnt better ways to keep the Hall warm!

(It was challenging in such a cold UBHall for some people)

I have put two heaters on to keep the hall warm earlier
🔥🔥
And providing extra thick wool blankets and yoga mats to put them under your body to lie on so that coldness from under the floor dosen't creep up on you.

People said feeling warm enough now! 🙌✨️

Yay!

Still, please bring your own mat to double the mat and blanket to cover you....and wear warm clothing too💕
