Wicked Wednesday is a little different this week! ❤️
Last night, The Sharing Shed featured on 7NEWS, shining a light on the incredible work they are doing to connect people with the equipment they need.

We were incredibly proud to be part of their story and to lend a hand at The Sharing Shed, servicing and checking over donated wheelchairs and equipment and donating some of our own old stock.

A huge congratulations to everyone involved with The Sharing Shed / Walking With Ava Foundation for the amazing work you do in our community. 👏👏👏

A big thank you to 7NEWS Brisbane for helping share the story and showing just how much of a difference this initiative is making.

Wicked Wednesday at The Sharing Shed ❤️

Last Friday we loaded up our van with wheelchairs, backrests and mobility equipment and donated them to The Sharing Shed.

While there, our team also used their expertise to inspect, service and repair donated wheelchairs, helping ensure they are safe, reliable and ready for their next owner.

A little maintenance can make a world of difference!

A huge thank you to Ava and everyone at The Sharing Shed for the incredible work they do, connecting people with the equipment they need. We are proud to play a small part in giving mobility equipment a second life and helping more people regain their independence.

A huge congratulations to the City of Gold Coast on the opening of the new beach wheelchair lockbox and access matting at Paradise Point Parklands. This fantastic program helps people with disability, reduced mobility, seniors, and those recovering from injury enjoy the sand, sea, and stunning Broadwater with greater independence.

At Wicked Wheelchairs, we are passionate about helping people accessing the outdoors and live life without limits. That's why we are proud to also sell the Hippocampe Beach Wheelchair – a versatile all terrain chair designed to tackle sand, pathways, and even float in the water with the appropriate accessories.

A special thank you to Cr Shelley Curtis, whose vision and advocacy helped bring beach accessible wheelchairs to the City of Gold Coast.
