When I tell you Growing Daily is an incredible organisation, I really mean it.
And today, I want you to see it.
This wasn’t planned.
It wasn’t created as an example of our values.
It wasn’t written for social media.
It just happened.
In our Teams chat.
Between our people.
In real time.
And I sat there thinking…
Look at us.
Look at the people who make up Growing Daily.
Look at the way they see people.
Look at the way they recognise growth.
Look at the way they celebrate what matters to an individual.
Because “Identifying opportunities for growth each day” isn't about expecting everyone to grow in the same way.
It’s about meeting people where they are.
It’s understanding that something that might seem small to one person can be enormous to another.
It’s celebrating progress without comparison.
And it’s having the strength to stand behind that belief because we genuinely believe every person deserves to be seen, heard and supported with dignity.
But what moved me most was seeing one of our team members respond with such genuine understanding.

No performance.

This is the part people don’t always see.
