Growing Daily Disability Services is expanding and we’re looking for Support Workers across Logan and Brisbane to join our team.

We’re looking for people who:

• Have a natural ability to care for and connect with people
• Bring life experience and understand patience, empathy and respect
• Are compassionate, reliable and trustworthy
• Are open-minded and willing to learn
• Can think on their feet and problem-solve
• Want to support people to build confidence, independence and meaningful lives

A belief that the greatest measure of success isn't what you've built for yourself, but what you've built in others.

As the founder of Growing Daily, changing lives is my legacy.

I'm not building businesses for the sake of building businesses, I'm building opportunities and confidence..... I'm building people.

Every decision I make, every challenge I take on and every new idea I pursue is driven by one question:

Will this leave someone's life better than I found it?

Because that's why I'm here.

To challenge what's possible. To raise the standard. To leave this industry better than I found it and to leave the lives of the people I have the privilege of walking alongside better too.

We're feeling so grateful that one of our participants created a video to share "A day in the life" of what NDIS support can look like 🤩

Every participant has different goals and this day was built around hers. A day out enjoying creativity, supporting local businesses and spending time in the community doing something she genuinely loves.

After a difficult start to the year, seeing her laugh, relax and simply enjoy the day was a reminder of why we do what we do every day - its the small moments where we make real impact and change.

Specialising in daily living activities for adults on the NDIS, our team give practical assistance with your day, no matter what that looks like.

Growing Daily started with a vision to create something different.

A service where people felt genuinely seen, heard and supported.
Where relationships came before routines and where every person was recognised for their strengths, not their limitations.

Over the past four years, we've celebrated incredible wins, navigated challenges, shared plenty of laughs and witnessed countless moments that remind us why this work matters.

To our participants, thank you for trusting us to walk alongside you.

To our families, support coordinators and community partners, thank you for believing in what we do.

And to our incredible team - thank you for showing up every day with compassion, kindness and a genuine commitment to making a difference. Growing Daily is what it is because of you.

Our mission has always been simple: To Identify Opportunities for Growth Each Day.

Four years on, that purpose feels stronger than ever.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. We're incredibly proud of how far we've come and even more excited for what lies ahead.

We all know the theory "The customer's always right"

But when a customer's decision impacts our staff well-being, I risk taking the "hit" to our reputation by inserting strong boundaries.

It is my responsibility as a leader to create a safe work environment for my team and at times it can feel uncomfortable, but it comes with the role and responsibilities of it.

Staff well being will always be my highest priority in these situations, without them - where would we be?

At Growing Daily, we acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the lands we work on and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.

50 Years of Deadly is about honouring the Elders, organisers and communities who built this movement, and celebrating where First Nations people are leading today - in health, education, business, media and beyond.

We've had a busy few days this week.

On this particular day it was a team effort alongside an NDIS participant to move some things into storage.

A quick lunch break

A stop at Coles for some supplies

Pack bags

Quick trip in to Broadbeach to support another participant on a few days break

A zoom meeting and some admin work before their arrival

And time to enjoy the view before dinner and bed

All in a days work 💚
