Good Morning All,
You might have seen I have updated my page name slightly, moving move into alignment with a few changes happening in the background.
My journey through grief is ongoing and sometimes I might disappear down the rabbit hole, as I need to self-regulate and retreat every now and again.
However, I am still here and still working on putting together more books and also some workshops - when my head and heart allow.
The one thing I am finding with this grief journey, is it trips you up at the most unexpected times, and I am exhausted for most of the time. So, putting myself forward can be a challenge at times.
However, I have always been a glass half full kind of girl, so I keep getting out of bed each morning and I put one foot in front of the other and I see what unfolds, with the help of some very dear family & friends and of course my fur baby. xoxox

Live each day as if it's your last, do not put off those things you wish or want or dream of.
Namaste beautiful souls.

Hi All and welcome to Spring. OMG I am so excited to see the blue sky and feel the warmth of the sun on my skin. I have recently been in Victoria, and it was freeeeeeezing cold whilst I was there. Yet I caught up with family and that was the warmth my heart needed.

My 2nd book has officially been printed and is available for purchase.
Currently available direct from myself or in store at Soul Moon Cafe Wondai.
Soon to be on all the online platforms as well as an Ebook or paperback.
There will be updates on other bookshops around the SE Qld area in the coming weeks.

Now to the fun stuff, I am having an official Launch for my books, which is super exciting and nerve racking as I finally Put Myself out there as an Author.
It makes a new chapter for me, as I will be stepping more into Workshops and mentoring around my book themes.
Both of these books where 90% done when Steve passed, yet I didn't have the time or money to publish them back then. This is all very bitter sweet for me now. Yet I feel Steve there cheering me on always.

I am super proud of both my books, and this will not be the last for sure, as this writing is all very addictive and cathartic.

Thanks for all your ongoing love and support. xoxoxoxxo
Love & light always Mandy 🥰🙏

"Feeling the fears and doing it anyway" my new mantra to myself

When people support each other, amazing things can happen.
No judgement, no competition, no ego- just pure loving energy and support.

I am so blessed to have a network of beautiful people around me who support me, love me, guide me and help me grow each and every day.

Who are your people? Who is your support team. You don't have to name them here, just give thanks to those around you who support you.

To my amazing support crew Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for filling my cup and helping me to be a better person. I love you all, xoxox
