Staying active is an important part of maintaining strength, mobility and independence, and our residents have been doing just that! 💪🎈

With the encouragement and support of our wonderful Care Therapist, Tanya, residents enjoyed walking, practising on the parallel bars, and having fun during an exercise class with balloons.

Every step, stretch and laugh helps build confidence, improve wellbeing and keep our residents moving in a safe and enjoyable way. A big thank you to Tanya for making exercise both engaging and rewarding for everyone! ❤️
