The bunnies from Rabbit Run-Away Orphanage had a fabulous time at Bunny Yoga on Sunday ☺️

There were triple binkies, zoomies and feet nudging buns who got up close and personal to our yogis 🐰

Bunnies fav yoga poses are sphinx pose (where they our legs as hurdles) and shavasana - if you're lucky, might get some kisses or your hair groomed!

When you get told no more bunnies.. so you dress your dog in a bunny sweater.

To hit my walking goals, I got myself a dog. Who knew it would take 20mins for 2 blocks only.. as bichons are stubborn as s*t.

Lazy, super friendly, sooky, cuddly, high maintenance, nosy, affectionate, attention seeking pee-licker who thinks everyone loves him - you don't always listen but who can get mad at that face!

Otto has not only made us laugh and smile everyday, he's also taught us patience, the joy of slowing down to enjoy life and not to sweat the small stuff ☺️

With so many things happening in March (International Women's day, Harmony Week & Ramadan), it is also Neurodiversity Celebration Week 18 - 24 March.

Let's recognise and celebrate the strengths of neurodivergent individuals as this week aims to challenge stereotypes / misconceptions about neurological differences.

What is neurodiversity?
Our brains are wired differently - in how we think, move, process information (perceive things) and communicate. Neurodivergents have different strengths and challenges from neurotypical people, whose brains don’t have those differences.

Possible differences include medical disorders, learning disabilities and other conditions. Neurodiversity is an umbrella term for alternative thinking styles such as Dyslexia, DCD (Dyspraxia), Dyscalculia, Autism and ADHD.

After the clouds have finally parted, the sun is shining brightly again 🌞

When I realised more standards were dropping re laundry, appearance (brushing hair, hygiene) as I didn't have the mental capacity to cope w everyday tasks, I knew I had to reach out for help.

Off to the GP & I was given meds. Thank goodness I was compliant w finishing them for the month & now I'm in a much better place. I also have a fab naturopath & a fantastic support network .fairyb .christine.d._ πŸ₯°πŸ˜Š much love & appreciate your patience πŸ’œ

What's changed?

β™‘ Yoga / pilates room --> less cluttered after clearing my Reformer-drobe after 3ish months. Washing clothes was fine.. putting them away was another thing

β™‘ Meal prep --> is this what responsible adulting feels like? Preplanned meals so u don't randomly eat when hangry! Happy w my first attempt πŸ˜‹

β™‘ Rearranged kitchen --> tackled my DOOM (didn't organise, only moved) piles as I shoved them into back of cupboard when we first moved in πŸ€¦πŸ»β€β™€οΈSurprisingly there's more space, the layout flows & didn't require going shops for meal prep given what I found in the freezer/pantry πŸ₯—

β™‘ More energy to walk Otto & patience for the pup --> he's 10 months & still learning. Look at that face! All is forgiven w a tail wag & a cuddle 🐢😍

β™‘ Slowing down to appreciate the small stuff --> letting go of the need for perfection & constantly striving.. wanting external validation. Living life defined by your capability or competentancy is exhausting. We're enough πŸ™ YOU ARE ENOUGH & worthy of nothing but good things ✨️ β™₯️
