Last Sunday was a beautiful day at the Sacred Nurture Day Retreat.

We centred our emotions in a heartfelt meditation and release ceremony; aligned with our soul whilst walking the labyrinth; envisioned the next chapter in a vision boarding workshop; nourished our bodies with organic wholefoods and grounded our Self with a restorative yin yoga session.

All surrounded by nature and precious wildlife at Wallaroo Nature Retreat. A beautiful transformative day. 🍃🧘🏽‍♀️🌳🦘🍃
