Looking back on this conversation now, I can see how much my own journey has shaped the work I do today 🤍
Last year I had the opportunity to sit down with The Freedom Architects Podcast for a deeply honest conversation around:
* grief,
* emotional overwhelm,
* burnout,
* nervous system exhaustion,
* subconscious patterns,
* healing,
* and the journey back to yourself.
At different points in my life, I know what it feels like to appear like you’re holding everything together on the outside…
while internally feeling disconnected, emotionally exhausted or quietly overwhelmed.
And honestly, it’s those experiences — alongside the healing, support and inner work — that have shaped the way I now hold space for other women.
Because so many women are silently carrying so much.
This conversation reminded me how powerful honest and supportive spaces can be.
Not because we need perfection…
but because women need to feel seen, understood and less alone in what they’re navigating.
And now, being surrounded by other incredible women doing meaningful work in this space feels incredibly special too ✨
I’m so grateful to have been part of this conversation and excited that the episode has officially been released this week 🤍
