7-DAY MEAL ASSEMBLY CHALLENGE*
This week we are simplifying food.
Your challenge: build one simple, satisfying meal per day using what you already have at home.
No fancy recipes.
No perfect meal prep.
No overthinking.
Each meal must include:
1 protein source / staple
1 source of fibre
This can be a carb, veg or fruit.
Optional fat source
The second rule: it must be satiating AND satisfying.
So not just “healthy.”
Not just low calorie.
Not protein and sadness.
It needs to fill you up, taste good, and help you feel more in control later.
