My approach includes but is not limited to offering Holistic and Alternative ways to healing through Acceptance therapy, Strengths approach, Systems approach to link and connect you services that support you, Mindfulness and Meditation (using some spiritual practices), and Solutions Focused. Natural therapies and remedies are also a big passion of mine and I love supporting small/local business so I often suggest natural products that can assist with promoting healing.

What is meant to be will truly never pass you by
Whether the people, the places, the signs, the messages, the lessons, the ever winding twists and turns in one's life
We are always exactly where we are meant to be, receiving exactly the medicine we need
And although that has its moments of being a roller coaster too
I feel lately I've been wanting to share in the good memories and exciting things that happen to me on the daily
Because once you start receiving signs and understanding the msgs often even the harder days have moments of magic in them
