THIS GIFT BASKET COULD BE YOURS!!!!

To celebrate our changeover to Amcal, we are offering up a free gift basket for one lucky customer!

To be eligible, all you have to do is sign up to our Amcal rewards program, and also sign up to keep your scripts on file through the Amcal/Medadvisor app. One of our friendly team in store will be able to help you with this

We will be running this throughout all of July, with the winner to be contacted early August.

Frequently asked questions about the Amcal changeover:

What happens to my scripts that I keep on file?

• From the 1st of July, you will not be able to order from us via your Terry White app. For those customers, you will have to download and transition to the Medadvisor app before July 1st (or you can download and find us on the Amcal app from July 1st) Once you’ve setup your account, an activation code is needed to load your prescriptions. To get this code, either pop into store or give us a call on 8552 1797

Will the pharmacy still be partnering with Health Partners?

• Yes, our pharmacy will still be partnering with Health Partners. If you have extras as part of your Health Partners insurance, you will still be eligible for prescriptions discounts (when applicable) and 20% off of shop items (excluding items already on sale)

What happens to my rewards points from my Terry White Card?

•For our TWC rewards card holders, you will have to redeem your points in store before July 1st, as we will not be able to redeem them after that day (although they will be valid at other Terry White stores). From July 1st, we will be able to sign you up to our Amcal rewards program in store, where you will get $5 worth of bonus points simply by signing up.

We have a big announcement!!!

In the coming weeks the pharmacy will be rebranding to Amcal Victor Central Chemist!

While there will be a new name and pharmacy look. the staff at the pharmacy will not be changing. We will continue to be owned and operated by the same local owners, and all of our amazing dispense technicians and pharmacy assistants will remain the same.

This change will allow us to continue investing in our pharmacy services and continue to provide you all with a high level of care and professionalism that you’re used to. Over the coming months, there will also be a pharmacy refit which will allow us to stock a wider variety of products, and provide you with more options for your healthcare.
